This website is an information and enquiry site about Hudayriyat Island and its residential communities, operated by a Modon-registered real estate broker. It is not the official website of Modon Holding P.S.C. ("Modon") and is not operated by Modon or any of its subsidiaries.

1. Who we are

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this website, a Modon-registered real estate broker. We are responsible for the personal data you submit through this website. You can contact us about this policy or your data through the enquiry form on this website.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, whether you are an investor, agent, individual buyer or other, and any message you write.

With each enquiry our form system also records technical information: your IP address, an approximate location derived from that IP address, the pages you viewed on this website before submitting, the page the form was submitted from, and basic browser and device information.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, payment card details or bank information through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to send you the price lists, payment plans, availability and project information you ask for, to follow up on your enquiry by email, phone or messaging, to keep records of our communications, to protect the website against spam and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We will only send you marketing about other projects if you have agreed to receive it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry, and where it is necessary to take steps at your request before any agreement, for our legitimate interest in running and protecting this website, or to comply with the law. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data.
